Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Clip CEO (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"). The App is published by Boon IT SRL ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the App.

2. Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and Boon IT SRL only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Boon IT SRL, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and the content thereof. To the extent that this Agreement provides for usage rules that are less restrictive than, or in conflict with, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, the more restrictive or conflicting Apple term will take precedence.

3. Scope of License

Boon IT SRL grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

4. Description of Service

Clip CEO transforms short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) into structured, readable documents. You share a link, and the App processes the video using AI to extract useful content.

5. Credits and Purchases

The App uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when processing video clips. 1 credit equals approximately 15 seconds of video content processed.

Credits can be purchased as one-time credit packs (consumable in-app purchases) or included as part of a Pro subscription. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Purchased credits expire 1 year after the date of purchase.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.

6. Subscriptions

Clip CEO Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that provides monthly credits and additional benefits. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on the App Store at any time after purchase.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the links you submit to the App. You must have the right to access the content at the URLs you provide. The App processes publicly available content only.

Processed content (structured documents, summaries, extracted data) is stored in your account and may be deleted by you at any time.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to process content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for automated bulk processing or scraping.

9. Maintenance and Support

Boon IT SRL is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as specified in this Agreement or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information, and you should verify any critical information independently.

Boon IT SRL is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of Boon IT SRL.

11. Product Claims

You and Boon IT SRL acknowledge that Boon IT SRL, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of any third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and AI processing pipeline are the property of Boon IT SRL. The structured content generated from videos you submit is for your personal use. Original video content remains the property of its respective creators.

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Boon IT SRL, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boon IT SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

14. Legal Compliance and Export

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15. Third-Party Terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, when accessing video content from services such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, you must comply with their respective terms of service.

16. Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You and Boon IT SRL acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
